💪 30 min movement (workout, yoga, or a long walk – aim for 10,000 steps)
🌿 Nature walks whenever possible – they calm the mind
🥗 Healthy eating (no white sugar, processed foods, fast food, or chips)
💧 Drink enough water every day
📝 Daily journaling (even a short note counts)
🧘 Meditation (at least 5 min guided meditation in the morning is a great start)
✨ Optional: add a new habit you’ve wanted to try (oil pulling, gratitude, stretching etc.)👉 Remember: It’s about progress, not perfection.
