At Soul Printz, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original packaging, with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us immediately. We will make it right.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable goods

If you're unsure about an item’s return eligibility, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend first returning the original product. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
